Located at the West side of Cabarete a five-minute walk to Kite Beach. Sosua is 6 Km to our West and Cabarete Center is a 3 Km East. There is a small 9-hole golf course here. If you don't have a car, you can pick up the local transportation just on the corner of the main highway a short walk from us. Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Rent starts at 300 US$ for the efficiency and 400 US$ per month for the one bedroom apartments for long-term rentals (or the equivalent market rate on the due date in Pesos).
