CabareteGuide asked to the various airline companies of Puerto Plata airport to obtain these data and got the answer, after reference from a big chief to another, that these data were confidential, by safety... (whereas they are available by these same airline companies in Internet !).
In fact, the persons in charge are often stupid people who don’t want to take any initiative and especially to make at least the minimum (contagious disease of the country).
CabareteGuide sought thus in Internet and compiled hundreds of kilobytes of data to extract flights from, and to Puerto Plata. This list cannot obviously be complete but most of the flights are indicated.

Here are the majority of the airline companies serving Puerto Plata (POP), or Santiago de Los Caballeros (STI). Almost all of the world airline companies pass by Santo Domingo (SDO), and thus there is no interest to insert them in the list, except Air Caraïbes that offer transverse lines coming from French Antilles/Guiana.
From Santiago add 130 US$ , or 160 US$ from Santo Domingo, to come to Cabarete by
taxi. But with JetBlue, who sell its roundtrip New York/Santiago tickets between 150 and 250 US$ , it could be very interesting !
